"Who would have thought we'd be practicing yoga via Livestream, and thinking it was fantastic? Well, ME! As a person who has received massive benefit from yoga these past ten years, that would not be what I would have thought - except, it is what is proving to be true.
Do I miss the studio? Sure.
Do I get to more yoga than before? YES! What?
Yes, with virtual yoga I can be working until 4:49pm, and be at a 5pm yoga class. And I can go and finish my work after yoga, in a much better mental state than previous :-) We're going to be in this uncertain state for a while it appears, so if you haven't made a move to recapture your yoga practice "in these times" I'd argue, the time is NOW. Livestream yoga is surprisingly good, REALLY effective for the things yoga brings (mind, body, spirit connection), and is literally at your doorstep. With the BTY Monthly Membership pass, I feel like I can "just sign up and make it happen" for me and of course, support the good work of the studio as well. "

With our livestream classes via Zoom, you still get interaction in real-time with your teacher and fellow students. Classes are still relevant and responsive to what's in the room, even as we're all physically apart.
The convenience of practicing at home is pretty great. No commute time! And when class is over, you can step right back into the rest of your day or evening.
