OUR CLASSES

FOR ALL LEVELS

A mixed variety of classes focusing on movement, gentle stretching, strength work, breathing practices, meditation, and guided relaxation -- something for everyone! These classes are appropriate for all levels, from the newer student to those with more experience:

MINDFUL WAKE-UP

Take some time to connect with your body, mind, and heart through mindful movement & meditation, and ease yourself into the day ahead.   Suitable for all levels.

MONDAY NIGHT MOVEMENT & BREATH

This class features a mix of active poses and restful poses with breathing practices to support your body and mind. All levels welcome! 

AFTERNOON RESET

Designed to help you feel more grounded, calm, and easeful in your body and mind. A slow practice with gentle stretches and mindful movement, breathing practices, simple resting poses, guided meditation. 

MORNING MOVEMENT & BREATH

A mid-week class to work out some of the kinks, reconnect with our bodies and our breath, and treat ourselves to our own attention and care. Gentle movement and stretches that you can do in a small space, suitable for everyone.

SLOW FLOW

A slower-paced mindful flow class suitable for all levels. We will focus on breath, strengthening and stretching for a well-balanced practice. 

EVENING PICK-ME-UP

Movement, strength work, gentle stretches, rest. Tailored to take good care of all those spots that get stiff and irritable from lots of sitting throughout the day! Open to everyone.

STEADY & OPEN

Gentle stretching, mobility & strength work, and balance play to take good care of your body and help cultivate the qualities of steadiness and ease. Time for rest and meditation included. 

GOOD MORNING MOVEMENT

Welcome the weekend with movement! In this practice, we'll care for ourselves with gentle movement so that we can begin our weekend both energized and grounded.

EASY LIKE SUNDAY MORNING

A mixed-level class for restoring balance to the body, mind, and spirit -- just perfect for a Sunday morning.

EVENING WIND-DOWN

A mix of slow, mindful movement, calming breathing practices, and guided relaxation.  Time to move, wind down from the activity of the day, and rest. 

MONDAY NIGHT UNWIND & RELAX

This slow, gentle class is an invitation to rest for the body and mind. Easeful movement, calming breath, and guided relaxation, for all levels. Treat yourself to a little TLC at the beginning of the week!

MORNING EXPRESS

A short and sweet yoga practice to start your day. Mindful movement, breathing and a short meditation.  

LUNCHTIME STRETCH & BALANCE

Take a quick break from your desk (or couch!) to move and stretch.  Dynamic & static stretches, plus a few balance poses and a short meditation to help perk up and focus your attention.


FREE CLASSES

Offered in gratitude to the BTY community! Open to everyone.

GOOD MORNING, SUNSHINE

FREE class offered in gratitude to the BTY community. Perfect for the early morning riser! Start the day off with a short meditation, some breath work and movement to get your day going. All levels welcome! 

GOODNIGHT, SWEETHEART

FREE class offered in gratitude to the BTY community! A few gentle stretches, guided relaxation & calming breathing practices  to help you wind down for sleep.  A very gentle, quiet class.


MEDITATION

Lightly-guided meditation sessions, with an emphasis on mindfulness, loving-kindness, and concentration practices. Special $5 single-class pricing available for these classes, or use 1/2 credit from your class card.

MORNING MEDITATION

An excellent way to begin the day!  Take some time to wake up, steady your attention, and nourish your own capacity for kindness, compassion, and ease.  Short period of instruction, followed by a 15-20 minute lightly-guided practice.  Practices will vary, with an emphasis on building mindfulness, concentration, and loving-kindness.
