Bodhi Tree Yoga has offered small, supportive yoga classes with expert instruction for students of all levels of experience and ability in the Rochester area since 2009. Our goal is to help each student nourish their body, mind, and heart through the rich practices of yoga and meditation. You’ll ﬁnd a warm & friendly environment here, with a good dose of laughter and playfulness thrown in!
Our method and style of teaching at Bodhi Tree is rooted in therapeutic alignment work, biomechanics, mindfulness, and treating yourself with kindness and respect. Each class will include some meditation, breathing practices, active poses to build strength and ﬂexibility, and resting poses to relax and unwind.
Our studio is kept at a comfortable temperature, and we don't do "hot" or power yoga. There's nothing wrong with those styles; it's just not what we do.
We offer ongoing classes on a seasonal basis, and you are most welcome to join us for practice at any time.
If you're new the studio, why not try our New Student Special? It's 2 weeks of unlimited yoga classes for $20 - a great way to get to know us better and see if we're a good fit for you.
